Vacuum Oil Quenching Furnace

Initially carried out in an aqueous solution, the nature of the quenching medium influences the properties of the final material, optimizing the hardness, microstructure and deformation of the machined part. Depending on the type of material and the desired result, the hardening industry uses, for example, oil, salt baths or inert gases under pressure.
Furnace body
The double-layer cylindrical structure is made of carbon steel.
Equipped with a water cooling system to ensure safe temperature contact of the case.
front door
The refrigerator door and the oven body are connected by hinges, and the teeth are staggered.
Problems with sealing and strength between the oven door and the oven body have been resolved.
Heating chamber
Equipped with high quality graphite, it has a concentric design to ensure uniform heating temperature.
The thermal insulation layer is made of stainless steel frame, and the thermal insulation shield is made of soft carbon felt to ensure thermal insulation performance.
The vertical movement of the material feeding cart is carried out using a three-post cylindrical structure, which allows the functions of feeding at the high station, restoring at the middle station and quenching at the low station.
Horizontal movement is carried out by frequency conversion drive to achieve the purposes of rapid starting, high-speed running, and deceleration and stopping. The operation is smooth, which greatly reduces the deformation rate caused by shaking.
Vacuum system
The maximum vacuum when using Roots and mechanical pumps is 10-1 Pai. Under idle/dry degassing conditions, achieving the required vacuum level takes no more than 30 minutes.
The leakage rate from the vacuum chamber does not exceed 0.5 Pa/h.
When used in combination with mechanical pumps, root pumps, diffusion pumps and three-stage vacuum systems, vacuum levels can reach 10-3 Pa under idle/dry degassing conditions.
Then it takes no more than 50 minutes to achieve the required degree of vacuum.
The gas leak rate does not exceed 0.5 Pa/h.
