1. Oven
Adopting double-layer water-cooled jacket structure, cooling water passes into the jacket, which can ensure the temperature of the outer wall of the furnace body to achieve the national high-temperature heating safety standard. The material of the furnace body is carbon steel. The operation of opening, closing, locking the oven door is simple, flexible, safe and reliable. 2. Heating chamber
Adopting stainless steel frame, the outer cylinder is 2mm stainless steel plate with multiple steel rods to ensure that it will not change shape in long-term use. The inner layer is a 20mm thick graphite felt tube, the middle layer is 80mm soft carbon felt. The heat generator is located in graphite circles. The insulation is made of T-type 95 ceramic material and ammonia boron material to increase the carrier area and reduce volatile contaminants. The front of the heating chamber is equipped with an inflatable strapping interface. The rear part of the heating chamber is equipped with an exhaust port and a water cooling pipe for piping.
3. Air cooling system
After the axial fan furnace and copper after the cooling gas, the copper heat exchanger through the cooling circulation channel to the front of the heating chamber, the front screen of the heating chamber is driven by the cylinder, the wind door after the wind to the front of the workpiece is discharged by the cooling circulation. The motor is mounted on a water-cooled flange to ensure long-term stable operation of the motor. The motor, water-cooled flange and impeller can be removed directly from the top, which is convenient for maintenance.
4. Vacuum system.

5. Pneumatic dewaxing system:.
The inflation system consists of a solenoid valve, fine adjustment valve, pipeline, barometer, etc. When the inflation pressure reaches the upper set value, inflation automatically stops. If the pressure is below the set lower value, gas can be supplied automatically. When the pressure reaches the set value, the gas release valve opens automatically. The decoking gas enters the outlet chamber of the vacuum pump through a pipeline through the decoking tank.
6. Electrical control system.
The control cabinet is a standard electrical control cabinet structure, integrated ventilation system, which can ensure the normal use of components and tools in the cabinet without being affected by high ambient temperature. There is a sound and light alarm above the cabinet. The electrical control system is concentrated in the control cabinet, which uses touch screen and PLC communication control. Process setting and daily operation can be completed using the touch screen. The control section is equipped with air switches, push buttons, contactors, relays, indicator lights and other components to achieve logical control of external equipment through signals from various sensors. The overall operation of the equipment can be displayed in real time on the LCD display, the operating status of all operations is equipped with safety lock protection, overheating without power or maintenance, water and electricity (delayed stop of heating, vacuum pumps, etc.), air pressure protection etc.
The operating system interface allows you to obtain various operating instructions and process status, and the design of the system monitoring screen, troubleshooting screen and help interface, the system can be viewed at any time, recording various data during operation. 7. Water cooling system.
The cooling part includes furnace body, furnace door, vacuum device and water-cooled copper electrode. The pipes and valves are made from 304 materials and are labeled. The inlet pipe is equipped with a contact pressure gauge, and the return pipe is equipped with a flow range. If the water pressure is below the set value of 0.15 MPa, a sound and light alarm is activated and heating stops. The cooling water system is equipped with an emergency bypass water supply interface and a tap water interface with a manual ball valve. When the equipment does not have normal power, open the tap water emergency valve to ensure the equipment is naturally cooled, the cooling water is supplied by circulating water in the closed cooling tower. The cooling tower can supply water automatically, saving water, safe and reliable.
8. Pneumatic system.
